You already know, don’t you?

You Already Know — You’re Just Not Ready to Admit It

You keep saying you’re unsure.

That you need more time. More clarity.

But that’s not entirely true, is it?

Because somewhere — underneath all the thinking —

you already know.

You felt it the first time, that moment when you

paused. That slight shift in your body.

That quiet discomfort you couldn’t explain.

And instead of listening…

you started analysing, and asking yourself:

What if I’m overthinking? What if I’m wrong? What if it’s not that serious?

So you stayed and adjusted.

You softened your own truth until it became

easier to carry.

But it never actually left.

Because knowing doesn’t disappear. It waits.

You can distract yourself and delay it.

You can convince yourself, that it’s not the right time.

But there is a difference between not knowing,

and not wanting to face what you already do.

And you feel that difference.

It shows up when things go quiet, and when there’s nothing else to focus on.

When you’re left alone with your thoughts for just a little too long, that’s when it always comes back, clear, simple, uncomfortable, not loud, not dramatic.

Just… certain.

And if you’re honest —

that’s the part that unsettles you the most.

Because if you truly don’t know, you can stay where you are.

But if you do know then something has to shift.

And it’s not always the external situation that feels difficult.

It’s what comes with it:

change, discomfort, letting go, uncertainty and responsibility.

So instead of admitting it…

you stay in the space of “maybe.”

Maybe it will change. Maybe it’s not that bad.

Maybe you just need to give it more time.

But “maybe” is often just a softer way of avoiding a truth that feels too heavy to hold.

This isn’t about rushing yourself.

It’s not about forcing decisions, but it’s about honesty.

Because the longer you ignore what you already know…

the more disconnected you begin to feel.

Not from the situation, but also from yourself.

And that’s where the real discomfort begins.

You start questioning your own instincts, doubting your own awareness.

Second-guessing what you felt so clearly before.

Until eventually…

you don’t trust yourself the way you once did.

And that costs more than the truth ever would.

You already know deep down, don’t you?

You don’t need more signs.

You don’t need more time.

You don’t need someone else to tell you what you already feel.

What you need is:

“The willingness to sit with it, without turning away. Because clarity isn’t something you’re waiting for. It’s something you’ve already touched and quietly stepped back from.”

“If you find yourself in this space — knowing, but not yet ready to face it — you are not alone. There are ways to explore this gently, without pressure. “

“If you feel ready to explore this more directly, you’re welcome to book a session.”
